Originally from the Midwest, we made Sarasota our home and built our family and real estate business here. We have two daughters, two wonderful grandchildren and strong ties to our community.
Our youngest daughter attends The Haven, a local organization providing programs and opportunities for adults with disabilities. Our family and community are at the heart of why we love living here.

Before real estate, Jan owned a promotional marketing, embroidery and screen-printing company in Illinois for 15 years. Scott owned and operated a general aviation service business and flight school for 20 years.
Those experiences shaped our approach: thoughtful marketing, clear communication, attention to detail and dependable customer service. You work directly with us from your first conversation through closing and beyond.
